IMAccounting provides customized service tailored to your needs. Below are examples and short description of how we can best serve you.

FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

IMAccounting will design and prepare financial statements and other reports to your specific needs. It is our goal to provide timely, accurate, and meaningful management information to our clients so they can become more profitable.

Financial statements are meaningless unless they contain information you can interpret and use. The main purpose is to increase your bottom line. We can also prepare custom tailored reports for your business with budgets and prior year comparisons.

BANK RECONCILIATION

IMAccounting will balance your bank accounts (including your credit card accounts if you use them) to make sure the balance you are carrying in your checkbook is correct.

SALES TAX FILINGS

IMAccounting will prepare, electronically file, and schedule the payment for your monthly or quarterly Sales Tax Reports.

PAYROLL, PAYROLL TAXES

We process full payroll for up to 10 employees. At IMAccounting we give you the option to call in, or e-mail each employee’s hours or commission amounts. We can print and mail the checks or direct deposit the correct amount to your employee’s account. We can also send you the pay-stubs, so you can write the checks yourself, and give them to your employees.

We schedule monthly or quarterly payments, and file the quarterly and yearly payroll reports.

BUSINESS CONSULTING

We can help you decide on the entity type of your business, and apply for all your required federal and state identification numbers. Questions at IMAccounting are welcome and we usually do not charge our clients for a short call. We are here to answer all your questions and we make sure you understand what needs to be done.

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE

You have the option of writing your own checks to pay suppliers and vendors, or we can do that for you. Tell your vendors to mail all invoices directly to us and we will write the checks for you. You just sign the checks and mail them. You also have the option to pay them on-line. We can set up the service for you.

ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE

We manage your receivables by sending monthly statements to all of your customers. Your customers can even send their checks to us, and we deposit them into your bank account.

ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE

We can analyze your business’ software needs and make recommendations for what to use. IMAccounting uses QuickBooks (both desk-top and on-line versions). If you want to do all or some of the accounting yourself, we can still help, please contact us.
