The process of calculating payroll checks can be very complicated and time consuming. At IMAccounting we give you options:

• E-mail us with each employee’s hours or commission amounts.
• Have your employees and contractors fill out their time cards on-line.

We will print and mail the checks with the correct amount or direct deposit to your employee personal account.

We fax or e-mail the amounts to you, so you can write the checks yourself and give to your employees.

We schedule the payroll taxes and electronically pay them. The payroll reports (forms 940, 941, State Unemployment and Federal Unemployment) are prepared and electronically filed by us.
